MistyClip Limited

With such a huge range of designs and styles for masks in the market, we cannot guarantee a MistyClip will fit or be effective with a material or homemade mask.  MistyClips were designed to fit the commercially-available 'blue' surgical masks, but can be fitted to some material masks provided the thickness of the top seam is no greater than 1mm and provided the recommended fitting technique is followed.

Also, please be aware that as MistyClips are made from a corn-starch derivative fibre, they aren't as robust as the typical hardened 'petroleum-based' plastic used elsewhere, so they won’t tolerate too much flexing!  We cannot offer refunds or replacements for breakages that occur while fitting or removing a MistyClip.

No. They have been designed to fit over the nose bridge of a typical adult face, and their effectiveness may be compromised if you have a small or wide bridge. We also do not recommend them for children under the age of 12.

No. We are, however, in discussion with a number of organisations to distribute MistyClips across a number of countries, initially the US, Canada and Australia.  Please check back every so often for an update.

We aim to process your order within 3 working days, and then post it to you using Royal Mail's Standard Second Class Delivery service. To keep you updated, we'll send you an email as soon as your MistyClips have been packaged and are ready to be collected by Royal Mail.

Once Royal Mail has your order, it can take up to 5 days, excluding Sundays and public holidays, to reach you. We ask that you allow 10 days for your order to reach you before contacting us.

Yes. The option will be displayed for you on the payment page.

We recommend soapy lukewarm water only. Remember, these are not a 'hardened plastic' product, and the material used in the production process will deform if your MistyClip is warmed up to more than 50 degrees. So, unless you want to reshape your MistyClip, our advice is to steer well clear of hot water, washing machines, dishwashers or chemical solutions!
